Growing up in Portland, Oregon, I was surrounded by farmers markets, fresh produce, and the belief that food is medicine. My grandmother taught me that every ingredient tells a story, and every meal is an opportunity to nourish both body and spirit. That philosophy has shaped everything I do at VitalEaters.
After earning my degree in Nutritional Science and completing professional chef training, I realized my true passion: creating recipes that don’t compromise between taste and health. I wanted to prove that vibrant, energizing food could be simple, accessible, and absolutely delicious. VitalEaters was born from that mission.
Today, I test every recipe in my own kitchen with the same care and precision I use in professional settings. Each dish reflects my commitment to sustainability, nutrient density, and the pure joy of eating well. My recipes aren’t just meals—they’re invitations to a better, more vital life.
